Country Poolhouse Retreat near SMF/UC Davis Campus

Our pool house is conveniently located in the country and is a separate from our main house. It is located in our gated backyard with views of the pool, this is how it got its name “ the Poolhouse Retreat” It is a private 12x12 foot room with a cloud queen mattress, soft sheets, bamboo pillows, duvet, nice soft towels and all the amenities you should need. The detached shower/restroom is private for pool-house guests only during their stay. As we're water conscious we use a twice sink in the bathroom. We provide use of the outside kitchen if you want a full size sink. We provide robes and slip on shoes for you comfort to travel back and forth. Inc: mini fridge, microwave, single brew coffee maker. TV with DVD player, movies, and Netflix.

We have wonderful views of the Napa and Capay Valley mountain ranges. We’re surrounded by almond tree orchards and have a secluded backyard where stargazing is a must. We’re 30 minutes from Cache Creek Casino. 10-15 minutes from UC Davis, 15-20 minutes to SMF and 25-30 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. 30 minutes to local Napa County wineries, and Lake Berryessa. 2 hours to Tahoe, 1.5 hours to SFO and 6 hours to Oregon. We’re conveniently located between interstate 5 the 113 and the 505 freeway.

No smoking inside the room, bathroom, patio or pool . Smoking is allowed at the fire pit area only. Please properly dispose waste. Thank you.
