'The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. 'This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property . It is a great space for a large group . Kitchen is well stocked . Beds are very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms! This time we had a little trouble getting hooked up to WI-Fi but finally did. We are planning to go back to this property in the future .'

'This house is divided into three different units. We rented all three to accommodate our group. Unit A has all 3 bedrooms on the upper floor but the only bathroom is on the ground floor. The stairs are narrow and a litttle steep so it was a little difficult with some mobility issues. Unit B is on one level but the bedroom is small and one side of the bed is against a wall which makes it difficult fto get out of bed whenr two people are sleeping. 'The owners was easy enough to deal with and the location was great but the description is not accurate. There is no washer dryer and the fence is broken so no fences in yard. I would say the house was worn, a table leg fell out, the sprayer was broken, the bathtub needs to be caulked among other things. What bothered me most was there were locks on the outside of the bedroom doors so you could be locked into your room.'

'We had a great winter stay! This is a beautiful house - clean, warmly but simply decorated, gorgeous views of woods, Maine marsh, and a sliver of ocean in the distance. We went to Fortune Rocks beach daily and loved the sauna. '
