    STRAND - Op een veilig, zanderig strand met vloed. Prive-toegang vanaf het uitgestrekte terrein zonder weg of duinen over te steken. Schitterend buitenleven met een groot gemeubileerd terras en een barbecue. Rubberboot en 5 kajaks of zwem naar het duikponton ervoor. Afspoelen onder een warme buitendouche.

    UITZICHT - prachtig vrij uitzicht op het strand en de zee met een eindeloze reeks passerende boten en romantische zonsondergangen.

    LOCATIE - slechts twee minuten van het historische dorp Russell met boottochten op het eiland, veerboten, visboten, attracties, winkels, restaurants, wijngaarden, geschiedenis, wandelpaden en nabijgelegen golf. Rustig zonder doorgaande weg.

    WONEN - Open plan met nautisch thema met een Cape Cod-gevoel. Glazen deuren openen de woonkamer naar het enorme dek. Onkyo-Bose home cinema, Sky TV, DVD, AppleTV, muziekstreaming en luidsprekers voor buiten. DVD-bibliotheek, boeken en games. Telefoon en gratis wifi. Dubbel glas en airconditioning voor het hele jaar door comfort in het winterloze noorden

    KEUKEN - Volledig uitgerust met granieten toppen, gasfornuizen, ijsblokjesmachine, Nespresso-apparaat en dubbele vaatwasmachines.

    GENOEMDE BOOTLOCATIE - boothelling en ligplaats voor gasten bij het dichtstbijzijnde startpunt van de eilanden. Off street trailer parkeren, fileren station, wegspoelen en aas koelkast. Golf van wereldklasse in de buurt.

We stayed in the winter when the weather was less inviting to play in the water, but the sunrises and sunsets were phenomenal.

Absolutely beautiful place for families

This was a perfect place for our extended family and their 6 children ranging from 7 months to 8yrs old. It is set up absolutely beautifully and was a joy to go into. thanks so much for all the great communication as well.

Fabulous beach house with swimming,fishing, bush walks, amazing wildlife, weka,Tui at doorstep

Such a Relaxing beach house with great deck and amazing views and sunsets. Wonderful place for wee children. The best experience was listening to the Kiwi calling at night and having the opportunity to see one in the wild for the first time. Great fishing and appreciated the great boat parking and mooring.🍹🐬🦆🦞🌞🌊

Amazing spot!!

Our group of 10 friends had the best long weekend at this gorgeous place. The outlook and proximity to beach was fantastic and access to kayaks etc. Beds super comfy and house set up so well. Communication was great. Many of us wanting to plan a return with our families! Thanks for the perfect weekend!

Beach side family fun

Great property with 2 living areas and lots of outdoor space. Stayed with 5 adults and 5 kids for a week. Direct beach access with kayaks and dinghy. Mooring out in front of the house for the boat.

Great spot!

We had a lovely holiday at this beautiful beach! It was awesome having kayaks for the 3 of us to use, and also the dinghy to go out fishing in. The house was a comfortable place to laze around in during bad weather, but it was great to be able to look out at the beach and sea views. It was then easy to be able to go out when the weather was good. Thanks Clive!

Holiday

It was awesome waking up to the ocean view in the morning. Weather turned it on for us too. The water was crystal clear. The wekas were a highlight. Highly recommend. Would love to return one day.

Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Tapeka Del Mar. The house was well set up to accommodate our group of 11. The deck is fantastic - we pretty much ate outside every night we were there. The view from the dining table is spectacular. So nice to be able to just walk down to the beach in under a minute and jump in the lovely safe bay. The swimming platform in the bay was a hit with the kids. Although there has been a house added to the front section which takes away a bit of the view - the design of the front house is such that there is no privacy issues. There is still direct beachfront access and a lovely view. Thanks for having us to stay.

Perfect place to relax

The location and layout of this house made for a very relaxed holiday. Great facilities including g use of kayaks etc. beds were incredibly comfortable. Sad to leave and will definitely be back if you’ll have us!!
