'The Mirror house was just the perfect place for my wife and I to getaway and reconnect! The house itself was very clean, warm and beautifully decorated. The hot tub, sauna and upstairs “glass room” allowed us to feel as though we were at a spa allowing us to relax and spend time just being together. The natural views and “isolation” helped us to feel like it was just the two of us. This is an ideal place if you are looking to get away with the one you love.'

'Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy. 'It was a lovely four day stay. There was everything we needed in the large kitchen. The livingroom was comfortable and spacious. We especially enjoyed the back deck and the view of the mountains. If we return to the area, we'll definitely stay here again.'

'Emily was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was super cute, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus an awesome espresso machine. The teens in the group liked the games the house had. The location was excellent - very close to MassMOCA and everything else. We would definitely go back. '

'The dome home was a relaxing weekend getaway to celebrate our 40th year of existence. One caveat is that I can't remember if the listing mentions that one of the bedrooms is up some very steep stairs so be aware of that when booking. Also, because of the nature of a concrete structure it did hold in some heat in the upper rooms. There were fans and window AC units provided in several rooms. There were also lots of interesting nooks and crannies. '

'The location was excellent, within walking distance of ski trail. Wonderful view of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The fireplace was perfect for the end of the day. Our large family had plenty of space to have fun together or chill alone. We had concerns about the cleanliness and working conditions of some electronics. Our concerns were communicated with the owner, and the response was positive. I am sure with corrections this Comfortable Berkshire Retreat will be a 5 star stay. '
