'Location was excellent. Close to airport and city centre We were immediately checked in though we arrived early morning. Front staff was quick and helpful Cottage was big and comfortable with a sauna in every cottage Lovely surroundings Bit pricey for the season we went and breakfast was basic.'

'5 day vacation, nice hotel, room a bit small, service could a bit better (you had to ask for everything), check in could be better, a bit friendlier…'

'Voor een familie kamer voor 4 verwacht je wel een beetje bewegingsruimte. Het tafeltje was eigenlijk teveel toen de slaapbank als bed dienst moest doen. 4 sterren is overrated. Misschien door alles wat ze aanbieden maar de kamer zeker niet. Simpel en schreeuwend duur. Ontbijt is gemiddeld. Ik heb heel vaak beters gehad en zeker geen ruim €400 per nacht waard.'

'無人なのでわかりずらいですが 清掃のスタッフの方がいたので 聞いてシステムがわかりました 高齢者の方がシステムがわからず何人か教えてあげました ホテルはとても綺麗でショッピングセンターに近いのでとても良いです ただホテルの入り口が地図と違うので住所は変えたほうがいいですね ショッピングセンターの一画にあります。'

'Luxe hotel met prachtige, grote, nette kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Is op loopafstand van de commerciële activiteiten rondom Santa Village, vlakbij het vliegveld en genoeg eetgelegenheden. Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes. '

'The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests. Also one of the days we were in the bathroom taking and about to take a shower when housekeeping came by (wihthout warning or having let us know when that would be); when we asked if they can come back to the room 15 min later they refused and we at least asked for some fresh towels! When we told the front desk the manager phoned us some hours later and was completely useless. On the bright side Gerasimos from the front desk was great -...
