House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!! »

« We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress. We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away. I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area. »

« Excellent house. Accommodated a family of 6, including 4 small children, very well. The TV room was so fun, it made family movies seem like we went to a theater. The kids rooms was sweet, decorated beautifully and perfect for the kids to all sleep in 1 room. The house was clean, very well equipped with lots of towels, bedding, excellent kitchen set up. « Host communication was excellent. Location was ideal, walkable to the Boothbay Harbor attractions. Nice new wooden floors upstairs with the bedrooms. No AC which was fine for our stay. We must have stayed the first of the season, as the negatives were related to this. The toilets were disgusting with a foul odor and green mold on toilet seats, presumably from 9 months of zero use and the maids not cleaning prior to our arrival. Either way they should be replaced. All else with home was fine. »
