Located near the quays, this bright and cosy one-bedroom flat welcomes you for your stay in Rouen. Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, you will appreciate this beautiful flat.

The flat has a pleasant living room with a sofa, coffee table and television, and you will also find an office area ideal for working. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay: oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and kitchen utensils.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with storage space, and the separate bathroom has a bath and vanity unit. The toilet is separate.

Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city centre and explore the historical and cultural riches of Rouen.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

There is no private parking available with the accommodation.

We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and respect the premises and the neighbourhood.
You will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes.

Would you like to extend your stay? A single fee of €10 is charged for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement.

## Neighbourhood

The Saint-Sever neighbourhood, on the left bank of Rouen, is a lively area that combines history and shopping. Well served by public transport, including the metro and several bus lines, it offers quick access to the historic centre while providing many amenities nearby.

## Transit

You are only a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Seine and 15 minutes from Rouen city centre.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the 2nd floor, which may pose access difficulties for people with reduced mobility.

Check-in is via the ArchiDuchesse key holder from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. at the latest.

Upon arrival, you will find:
- Bed linen and towels for all guests
- Essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc.)
- One large towel per person, as well as tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom
- A free welcome kit for the duration of your stay: bin bags for the kitchen and bathroom, sponge and washing-up liquid
- We are committed to providing you with a pleasant experience, but please note that we are not a hotel. Any cleaning during your stay, linen or towel changes, replenishment of essential items or additional services can be arranged on request and at an additional cost.

To ensure that your stay goes smoothly, please respect a few essential rules:

- Treat the accommodation as if it were your own home.
- Respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave.
- Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment.
- Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood.

Please note:

Parties are not permitted (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not permitted (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless prior agreement has been given, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.

In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, we reserve the right to terminate your booking without notice.
