Located on the ground floor, in the heart of a quiet and charming street in Rouen, this urban cocoon welcomes you for a stay combining comfort, convenience, and a relaxed lifestyle. Just a few minutes from the center and perfectly connected, you will enjoy an ideal location for exploring the city: restaurants, shops, historical heritage, and typical narrow streets are within walking distance.
This carefully designed studio offers a bright and warm space, designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. The elegantly decorated main room includes a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed with a storage bed offering valuable storage space, as well as a living-dining area opening onto the kitchen.
The open-plan, functional, and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, whether it's a quick breakfast or a more elaborate dinner. You'll enjoy a microwave with oven function, ideal for cooking delicious meals such as pizzas. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience.After a day of exploring, enjoy the modern shower room, designed to offer you a moment of well-being in the heart of the city.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your credit card details via a secure link in order to finalize your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

## Neighborhood
Welcome to the Gare neighborhood, a lively and pleasant area in the heart of Rouen's right bank.
Located on Rue du Champ des Oiseaux, your accommodation enjoys a privileged location, ideal for exploring the city on foot while enjoying the tranquility of a residential neighborhood. Just a few steps from the SNCF train station, you can reach the historic center in 10 minutes on foot: Rue du Gros-Horloge, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Place du Vieux-Marché and its many restaurants, bars, and shops.
The neighborhood is full of local shops: bakeries, mini-markets, pharmacies, cafés, and brasseries enliven the streets around the train station. For your travels, you will find the metro, buses, and taxis just a stone's throw from the accommodation, allowing you to easily get around the Rouen metropolitan area.
The station area is convenient, central, and safe, ideal for a business trip, a weekend getaway, or a city break. From Rue Pouchet, you can enjoy the best of Rouen: neighborhood life, proximity to the city center, and easy access to everything.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the ground floor.
Check-in is self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels, and one bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided upon arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers various services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment rental, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting, it's important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and avoid any surprises with the security deposit! Remember to take care of the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the place clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
