'Pros: direct access to Pinky Beach, The Basin, Bathurst Lighthouse - as in literally in front of the hotel. Beds are comfortable. Quokkas plenty around. Cons: don’t expect full hotel service. Staff’s great but the people who are serving you drinks are also the people at the reception. You will have to wait patiently. For international travellers, sockets are not universal and they do not have charger adapters on loan so pls consider before travelling. Breakfast was okay but nothing to rave...

'The room was clean but a little dated. The rooms are above two restaurants but the noise is minimally and ends at 9pm. Its right across the street from the beach. Air conditioner blows ice cold. '

'Basic check in with no welcome or hotel explanation, room wasn’t vacuumed, tv didn’t work- kept turning itself off. Given an accessible room even though didn’t need or want it. Around the pool lots of tiles missing, no one working at pool bar. For the money it’s not worth it. '

'The room was just perfect, nicely decorated and with a spacious balcony. The sofa bed was made up in advance to accommodate our 6 year old. Very convenient location, close to all the main attractions and shop. We also loved the rooftop bar, very cosy and a great place to be after a long day out!'
