"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing. "Located close to the République Beaux-Arts metro station and a twenty minute walk from Gare de Lille Europe, the hotel is positioned well for those visiting the city and looking to explore. Can be accessed on the 1st floor after entry. Rooms are fairly small with a large bathrooms with fairly modern accessories. Service at the hotel was magnificent, friendly welcome and support for anything you might need at check-in"

Excellent Location

"Just a very short walk from both Lille Europe (Eurostar) train station, and Lille Flanders (regional); station this hotel is ideally situated for stays in Lille and/or as a hub for days out elsewhere. The hotel itself is clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms, whilst not the largest are more than adequate. The hotel is physically linked to the Westfield Eurolille shopping mall which is very convenient."

Awesome view of the Grand Place in Lille

"Had a lovely stay here for 2 days. Booked the Signature room which had a really nice view of the Grand Place. Breakfast was excellent, staff on the front desk really lovely. The building was going through some maintenance - there were some shabby carpets in some stairwells, TV and Aircon not working during our stay - but the front desk made some adjustment to the bill which was more than fair. The room view, central location and excellent breakfast really made it for us. "
