'There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing.'

'All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. '

'We stayed here for the weekend and to catch a Royals baseball game (about 20 minutes away from the stadium). Hotel is older, but under renovation to update it, so they were down to one elevator, which at times made it slow getting to and from the room. 'The front desk staff in the evening were beyond friendly. Very down to earth and personable. we were in town for the birth of our granddaughter, and they even asked to see pictures when we arrived the next evening after she was born.
