« Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. »

« This place was really clean when we arrived. The house was splendide. Chad was really easy to communicate with, he responded really fast. The beach was easy to access. The neighbourhood was calm. It was really a joy to live there. Amazing place. Amazing week. The kids love the place and dont stop talking about how nice the place was. « Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner was like texting a friend. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Great parking spot too. « We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot. « Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et avons profité de la plage pendant 2 jours avant notre départ en croisière. Nous avons pris le Cocoa Beach Express de l’aéroport et ensuite Lyft pour aller à la croisière. Pas besoin de louer de voiture. Le Flamingo est bien équipé pour la plage: chariot, boogie board, serviettes,jeux de plages pour enfants et chaises de plage! »
