Particuliere vakantiehuizen in Roaring River

'Quaint and exactly as described - Just what we needed!'

'I think the property was great close enough to town but far enough out to feel secluded in your own home away from home. The only problem we had was there were some things that could’ve been a little cleaner in the home. The loft had some dead bugs unfortunately but most everything else was quite clean.'

'This is such an amazing experience! It felt like we were staying in a tree house - we loved all the trees surrounding the property. It felt so secluded but is only a few miles from downtown Elkin. The house was spotless and smelled so good. It is high end and luxurious but also very cozy. The bedding was so comfy. We wished we could have stayed longer, we will definitely be planning a trip back to stay here!'

'The cottage was perfect for our group of four visiting the area. The porch was a great area to hangout at the end of the day. Communication with Roxanne was very good.We will plan to return again.'

'Everything was wonderful. Coming into a beautiful little home that was quaint And cozy, and have a decorated for Halloween with a few decorations was quite a surprise. It reminded you that you are headed into the fall season. The basket of treats was a welcomed gift and the water left in the refrigerator was extremely unexpected. We are both in our 70s and enjoy traveling and seeing a tiny home. This home gave us an idea of what we might be looking for in the future, however in a warmer climate...

'My family and I love staying on the Old Beau property. Beautiful views and convenient to golf course and club house by golf cart. This home is comfortable and clean.'

'This cottage was super clean and we really enjoyed being surrounded by the pine trees. The hot tub was great, too. The Shiloh General Store was a good visit, as was Stone Mountain, and the Andy Griffith Museum. It wasn't too far of a drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I did have to call and ask the rental agency for the directions, and I couldn't understand the accent of the person who answered the phone. Thankfully, they emailed them after I asked. Also, our GPS brought us to a house down the...

'Host is excellent! Great communication! Property is beautiful and the pool was fabulous!! Would definitely book again.'

'Roxanne is the most hospitable host we have ever experienced. Lots of country charm. Daisy, Mable, Eagle, Millie, Smoky and Gravy where our new friends! We were blessed! '

'Clean nice property with amazing views, everything we needed for a quick, quiet getaway!'

'Just wish it had been cooler upstairs. When we checked in door was closed and vents shut so it was at least 100 degrees upstairs. Finally got it ok by the time we checked out the next morning.'
