'É longe do centro de Milão mas o metrô chega até lá! Fácil locomoção.'

'Clean room close to train station. But there was no hot water the 1 night I stayed. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to fix it. No shower the next day.'

'Clean property, management good about help, overall a good stay, but has some ways in which it can be outstanding.'

'This property was as it appeared online. It was difficult to find the front door, but once we discovered where it was, it was easy afterwards.'

'The hotel is well located with short walls to the Duomo and shopping areas. The location is secure though there are no staff available at night. The entry procedure was explained well and we had no trouble accessing our room. Minor concern is that a street trolley regularly traverses the Piazza and is quite audible even up on the seventh floor. The hotel does provide ear plugs which is a nice touch. Bathroom was clean and well appointed'

'The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay! '

'Impossible de rejoindre le proprio, soit par téléphone ou Whatsapp.'

'Ja topp!!'

'The owner takes great care with her design choices from the floor tile, to the lighting, to the toiletries. It’s located close to the Centrale train station and we were able to roll our luggage from the station to the BnB. There is a tiny kitchenette in the hallway and filtered water/fizzy water on the sink attachment. We only stayed one night and it was a last minute booking. I’m grateful that we found a delightful independently owned space to stay.'

'It was smelling disgusting in the whole place. We could barely sleep. '

'Only 5 units in this beautifully renovated palazzo. Great location. Very clean, good size rooms. First floor has a beautiful common area living room. Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!'

'Clean room, nice location and everything we needed. Bed was not comfortable with a very soft topper and pillows that were too thick/fat. When we asked the staff if they had other pillows for us they said no. They weren't very helpful with other questions either.'

'Nice hotel only thing there was a lot of noise, but I understand because it right in the center of metro '
