'The apartment is one of five in the complex, ours probably not the best one, though impressive enough over two floors. Everything was very clean and contemporary; most impressed by the spatial rooms, automatic locking access doors, touch controlled light switches, high quality kitchen and bathroom appliances.
Situated towards the west end of the town, over the road from the beach! A short walk to the rail station and town centre.
We experienced some loud antisocial music noise in the evenings...

'There are 3 coffee shops access the street. Grocery is downstairs. 15 min to the train station. 15 min to the beach. Good location. Now the bad part. The unit I got doesn't match the pictures. So most likely theres multiple rooms to rent. Was looking for a washer and dryer listed. But the unit i got didnt have it. Luckily theres a laundromat across the street. Cooking wize. No cutting board. Knifes dull. One wooden spatula. No oli no salt no pepper. 2 pots 2 pans. A water heater which is nice....
