'Great stay overall and had good breakfast. Very modern and new looking with good staffing. Only thing that stood out as a negative was that the air conditioner is on the wall next to the bed. Room was so incredibly hot, but when you turn on the air it’s loud and the air hits your face constantly. We tried to cover it or modify it to see, but we just ended up staying hot as the air coming out cold would flow intensely. After our first night we would try and make the room colder while we were away...

'Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless'

'Breakfast is very basic for the price of the room. There should be a better breakfast. Elevators have been broken for three days so you hear everybody traveling up and down the stairs in the morning and in the evening.'

'The room was very clean and check in was easy. We left at 4 am to go to the airport, so we do not know about the breakfast. We were not able to use the shuttle since there was snow on the ground. I wish we were aware of this prior to coming so we could arrange transport. We did appreciate them allowing our car to park in the back parking lot until we returned. For the price, I recommend. '

'Brand new hotel 15 minutes from DFW. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stylish design with spacious and comfortable rooms. Breakfast - not the terrible bland buffet that so many others offer, but an actual menu and cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend!'

'Book room on October 2nd for a king bed and arrived February 20th and was told that they had no king beds left. Then out of no where they had one available. Then tried to charge me $670 for 2 nights when it was previously $348. Also the bed felt like a rock and had silverfish. Will not be back to this hotel.'
