'We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. 'The house was adorable and just as described, clean, updated, in quiet and charming part of town close to everything, and with so many great spaces both inside and outside. I have never stayed in a listing that was so well equipped to meet any travel need especially the ones you forgot about, Beth has thought of everything. My two young kids kept asking to go back the whole way home. Next time we go back to Chattanooga we will definitely be staying here or another Beth's properties.'

'My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...

'We really enjoyed our stay. It was just as described beautiful views and lots to do in the house. Quick trips to all of the sites we were interested in. Only one issue and the host replied and fixed it within 10 minutes. Would absolutely stay again. Even left a couple welcome surprises for us. Overall a peaceful getaway that was perfect.'

Good location for activities in the Chattanooga area And the hosts are very responsive and had great communication with us. We would definitely stay there again. '
