« We had an absolute wonderful time! It was so relaxing and the descriptions were spot on. After reading the reviews, we brought our foam mattress cover for the bed and it made a big difference. The public fishing spot near the cabin is also a boat launch spot so we had some traffic while fishing but we still caught some fish! Rivers Edge is also on the corner lot so we felt it was very private and highly recommend! The hot tub was also a perfect touch. 10/10 vacation! Thanks Tony! »

« While a tiny bit tough to get to the house it is so worth it! The views, sunset, accommodations were all wonderful. Michelle was great to communicate with and gave me some ideas of local shopping for groceries along with a couple local wineries. The hot tub was a welcomed spot at the end of a long day exploring Shenandoah National Park! Would definitely recommend! »

« Very secluded and peaceful home. We enjoyed spending time in the evening on the screened in porch. We visited Luray Caverns which were spectular and worth the visit. Our children went horseback riding in Front Royal and had a nice time. We drove through Shanandoah skyline drive which was beautiful and also hiked some easy trails. »

« This was our first time staying in Virginia, and what a fantastic find this house was! It was extremely clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. They even provided snacks for us on arrival, which was a nice touch. The hosts communicated with us regularly, checking in to make sure everything was going well with our stay. « Comfortable and nice layout for group of nine friends during extended wine tasting weekend. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked as we do most of our cooking on these types of outings. Communication with owner was timely and responsive. Even the wildlife (deer, woodchuck, bunnies, etc.) were fun to watch as we relaxed on the back porch. "Nous avons passé 3 nuits début juillet 2025 à Skyland, et ce fut une expérience exceptionnelle ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était spacieuse, propre et très confortable. Elle disposait de tout le nécessaire : TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, et surtout une superbe terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur les montagnes de Shenandoah : un vrai bonheur au lever comme au coucher du soleil. Le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant et serviable tout au long du séjour, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur du parc, parfait pour rayonner sur Skyline Drive et profiter des randonnées sans passer trop de temps en voiture. Sur place, tout est prévu pour un séjour pratique et agréable : restaurant, bar, boutique, machine à glace, parking gratuit… (Seul petit point à noter : il n’y a pas de piscine, mais franchement, on ne vient pas ici pour ça !). Nous recommandons chaudement Skyland à tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de Shenandoah NP dans un cadre naturel, calme et authentique. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter !"
