« New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!! »

« It was a record breaking heat wave all over Europe. We spent two sweltering nights here with no air conditioning. They moved us to another room for the second night and it had no AC either. We love Opatija but will never stay here again. »

« I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available.
I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me itâs not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel. »
