'CABN Hahndorf is a beautiful concept and offers a peaceful escape in the Adelaide Hills. The cabin is thoughtfully designed, private, and perfect for a short digital-detox style getaway. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was fantastic, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and good quality—although the cabin bed could have been a little warmer, especially on cooler nights. ' We have stayed here twice since it recently opened! THE VIEWS ARE BEAUTIFUL 😍 The kitchenette was well stocked with most items needed for a cook up. The two bedroom apartment (number 6) was our favorite.... down the end of the row and block out cutrains made the master room super dark. The 2nd stay we were in number 1 and unfortunately the high light window on both the side and above the door allows for the morning light to stream in... it was nothing my eye mask didnt fix though! 'Room had zero soundproofing. Could hear the neighbors on either side, as well as the wedding going on all night behind us. The mini fridge made noise all night long as well. The door had gaps all around it so we were concerned about pests coming through, as well as the cigarette smoke from our neighbors drifting under it. Also the wifi did not reach our room so couldn’t even connect to it. Poor hotel for a beautiful little town. '

'This was a completely random find by us. These villas are part of a cooking school, but we were just there for the room. This was the most beautiful villa we've ever stayed at. It was beautiful, stunning architecture, beautifully furnished, it had an amazing complete designer kitchen which we didn't use, but which would be handy for longer stays, and it was not all that expensive. I had to message Expedia chat line, which I believe was overseas but the other accommodation they offered me was 20kms away, which we couldn't do at that time of the night. 'There was no cupboard space to put my clothes except to hang my coat. I hsd a rucksack, if i had a suitcaseit would have been hard to put it anywhere where it was out of the way. I was a single occupier with two people it would have been difficult to pass each other as the bed took up most of the space '

'The room is excellent, spacious and clean. It’s a digital hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. You must read the instructions and download the app. Getting in and out the room was tricky using your phone. '
