The space
The villa is divided into two floors and covers 320 sq. m. in total, situated in a plot of 1,250 sq. m. and it can accommodate six guests in its three bedrooms and up to eight guests if necessary.

The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for couples, families with children or groups of friends and its a short distance to the nearest shops and just a short drive away from the beach and Rethymno town.

Layout

Ground Floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is an open plan area combining the living room and dining area.

Floor-to-ceiling glass balcony doors offer nature and pool views and ample sunlight. The split-level living room features a large corner sofa, 65 NanoCell TV with a Playstation 4 Pro console, Netflix, bluetooth speaker and a coffee table on one side, while the fireplace, piano and another two sofas are on the other side. The dining area provides seating for six guests.

The fully equipped kitchen is situated on the ground level with its branded appliances, equipment, water filter and cookware for a self catered holiday. The kitchen features an island with four electric hobs and a free hanging vent hood along with a kitchen table for six.

From the kitchen there is direct outdoor access to the pool terrace.

Finally, a WC and the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer can be found on the ground level.

Outdoor area

The exterior of Villa Rizes Agia Triada covers 250 m2 and offers:

- A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,40 m deep. The pool may heated upon advance request with an additional daily charge

- The pool area is equipped with sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and umbrellas

- Outdoor kitchen with a sink and charcoal BBQ with a dining table for six

- Parking space for 2 cars under a pergola
