Nikiforos Villa offers a serene 150m² outdoor area framed by sweeping sea and countryside views. A 32m² private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) invites refreshing dips under the Cretan sun, and sun-loungers with umbrellas provide restful spots to soak in the coastal breeze. A shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink is perfect for hosting summer feasts with a view. Children will enjoy the small 20m² lawn-covered area, while adults can sip wine as the sun dips behind the horizon. This harmonious outdoor setting promises tranquil days and unforgettable evenings.

With a welcoming ambiance and contemporary design, Nikiforos Villa is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, space, and privacy. The Villa accommodates up to 6 guests in real beds and two additional guests on the sofa beds in the living room. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.
