Villa Althaea is a cozy countryside retreat spanning three levels and 145 m2, comfortably accommodating six guests in three bedrooms.


Indoor Area
Ground Floor:
- Open-plan living and kitchen area with an open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and PlayStation 3.
- Direct access to the pool terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with high-quality fixtures and appliances.


First Floor:
- Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, TV, and private balcony with sea and surrounding area views.
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), self-controlled A/C, and TV.
- Bathroom with a shower cabin and hydromassage column.


Lower Floor:
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) that can be joined into a double, a sofa bed, boudoir, TV, and direct outdoor access to the backyard with a sitting area and ping pong table.
- Bathroom with a bathtub.


Outdoor Area
- Private 30 m2 swimming pool (1.00-1.60 m deep) with an outdoor shower, sunbeds, and a comfortable sitting area. The pool can be heated upon request (extra charge).
- Beautifully landscaped garden with cypresses, jasmines, rosemaries, lavenders, laurels, althaeas, roses, and other local Cretan flowers and herbs.
- Charcoal BBQ facilities with a shaded outdoor dining area.
- Private, shaded parking space.
Villa Althaea is located right along the national road, offering easy access to nearby destinations.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.
