'Great amenities everything you need Only thing was major construction everywhere and unfortunately the icon will not have a bay view in future as there is tons of new apartments homes hotels and a massive shopping mall being built in front and around the icon 40 building '

'Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00. Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam '

'Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!'

'I was scammed. They told us the swimming pools and spa were included. On arrival this was not the case and we had to pay €80 more, almost the price of the apartment. We had a really long discussion and she was threatening us to cancel the accommodation.'
