'Room was clean'

'My bathroom door fell off the track onto the floor. They gave me a second room that was already occupied. The 3rd room was a handicap room with two full size beds. Lastly when I booked the room it stated it had an oceanfront view, only thing I saw was the highway.'

This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...

'The staff at this property was Exceptio al. They were all helpful and kind with smiles that lit up their face and were genuine . When there was an issue with a buzzing compresser they upgraded our room immediately ! That factor alone made them a cut above the rest of the hotels along the VB Oceanfront where we have stayed in the past. Best Comfy Beds !! small pool'
