'Excellent stay! Carpe Diem is a peaceful, welcoming, and pet-friendly place. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended!'

'Great amenities, great food. Had fund with the horses.'

'Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end. There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...

'One of the best stays during our 3 week trip in Ecuador. Maybe the best overall. Modern and luxeous lodge in a gorgeous, peaceful landscape with a beautiful view on the forested mountains. Clean rooms, very large comfortable bed (even large enough for me, I am almost 2 meters tall) and lots of big windows to peer outside. Delicious meals and an excellent, very hospitable host. Would recommend to everyone visiting Intag. For birders: the balcony and terrace provide a great view on the garden and...

'Super verblijf! '

'Very friendly staff! Breakfast is a little sparse. Still a very nice and recommendable place to stay.'

'This hotel was a fantastic find and an ideal end to our 4 week holiday before we fly back to the UK. This is a tranquil haven with fabulous friendly staff, wonderful food that is cultivated in their garden and lovely gardens to walk around. We took the opportunity to ride horses around the locality from the stables which was so pleasurable. Well-schooled horses for us as less experienced riders with views across the valleys just breathtaking. We loved the fires lit for us in the hotel and our...

'Great place. Wished we had booked more time. Lovely property n great service food was nice too.'

'We love this place and keeping returning. Beautiful architecture, charm, kind and helpful staff, convenient location, safe parking, and great food.'
