'The property has a good location, but it is a very busy street and it doesn't have a good noise isolation. So, it was hard to sleep and the noise around starts early (5am) with local traffic and train (it is beside a train station). Staff if very kind. I had problems with wireless internet and they worked to give me a cabled internet to work. They are very committed with user experience, I liked that. Many restaurants and local stores makes it very accessible place.'

'Bom custo beneficio na região, quarto espaçoso, Check-in otimizado, bom café da manhã e estacionamento gratuito disponível. Desta vez observei que o móvel do quarto estava novo, sem que o mdf estivesse se desfazendo. Senti falta de uma manta ou coberta mais grossa disponível, só tinha uma colcha na cama; e cortinas, black-outs e maçanetas das portas bem sujos.'

'Tudo estava impecável no Chácara do Aracê. Nos sentimos muito confortáveis. Hotel lindo em cada detalhe, em cada canto. A equipe de um carinho com agente poucas vezes visto. Estávamos em 2 casais e ficamos deslumbrados...Já estou marcando nova viagem com outro grupo de amigos... Recomendo a todos com tranquilidade'

The owner, Regina, and her staff is very kind and helpful, the property is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is sorted with many items and fresh bread and fruits, and there’s many cozy lounges to relax, read, or meet new friends. Regina herself is always present checking if we need anything. The staff is always ready to advise on places to visit, or the best restaurants in town. We highly recommend this place. You’ll be surprised.'
