The host was responsive and accommodating when we had a small request. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located to just about everything and everywhere. This rental was considerably less than other options and if you are like our family and spend the majority of your time out and about and not at the rental, this place is a solid option. As for cleanliness, we would have given it 5 stars had it not been for a mattress that was shockingly pretty stained to the point we would not consider using that bedroom. Still plenty of sleeping options for our family of four, but we did end up using an air mattress we brought. Overall, this place puts you close to many points and would serve as a good base camp for an active family that needs a place to come back to, relax a bit, clean up, sleep and get ready for your next activity. The host was responsive and accommodating and with a tiny bit more attention to detail, like addressing the stained mattress, this is a good little spot.
