In addition to the living room, dining room, and kitchen, there are two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor and 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the second floor. All the bathrooms are beautifully finished with tile and attractive counter tops. Spread out on one of the 3 different balconies or in the large private backyard with two charcoal and one propane barbecue (please provide your own charcoal and lighter fluid). The up-to-date kitchen is very well stocked with all that you'll need to serve up to 16. The coffee pots are drip, K-cup and french press.

This home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood and is just a short walk to all that downtown Rehoboth offers including the boardwalk and a wide range of fantastic dining and shopping. It's a straight 2 1/2 blocks to the beach - a five minute walk.



There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and additional parking available with permits for 2 provided on the street. Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential appliances, dishes, glass and silverware as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up.
