Each with a queen bed and one of the bedrooms has an additional trundle bed with two twin beds. Plenty of sleeping room for up to ten guests comfortably.

The large spacious family room opens up to the kitchen/dining and sunroom. With plenty of space available to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach and enjoy a home cooked meal with family and friends, you will find everything you need to prepare a meal in the well-appointed kitchen. If you enjoy outdoor living space, there is a large open deck where you can enjoy a cool summer cocktail after a warm day at the beach and watch the breath-taking sunsets right from your backdoor. A BBQ grill is also available for use.

Aside from the beach, there's an opportunity to get wet at the community pool or walk over to Jungle Jim's Waterpark and enjoy a fun filled day in the sun. The community also has a tennis court available for your enjoyment.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway and additional community parking is available for overflow parking. You will also be able to park in any non-metered parking spot downtown Rehoboth Beach with the use of the city parking permit that will be provided at check-in.
If you do not want to drive to the beach, the community is adjacent to the Park n Ride, with a quick walk, you can take a short bus ride and (fee applies) go directly to downtown where you will find numerous small boutiques, various dining options, and of course the beach! No matter what your ideal vacation looks like, this home is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
