Great home for family vacation

This is our third stay at this Rehoboth beach house. We love this place for our multigenerational group! The five bedrooms let us spread out and there is a large dining area perfect for the whole family to gather around. The beach and boardwalk are within walking distance. We've also had fun biking around the nearby state park. The pool and porch are perfect for end-of-the day relaxation. Check in is easy and the owner is very prompt in responding to any questions. Already looking forward to next year!

The house is great. There is a ton of room, the beds are comfy, the layout is great for quiet naps. The best part is the back porch and pool area. It’s so nice to sit outside. The kids loved the pool. And it’s only a 12 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

This was our second stay in this beach home.We like the location in a quiet neighborhood that is still close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Our family loved to gather on the porch or be in the pool or spa. Great areasto be together. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and umbrellas at the house this year for our use. Our host, Scott, was always very responsive to questions and kept us informed. We had a great week and are already booked for next summer.

Best beach house!

This was our second time staying at this house, we were so glad it was available to return to. Great for families with children, well equipped with kitchen and beach gear. The pool is amazing, location is perfect, walkable to beach and boardwalk, even faster by bike. Everything is in great shape and very well maintained and Scott is always available if needed, communicating with all the info we need when we need it. So grateful!

Great family beach house!

Awesome house! Great location. We had 10 people staying for a week and there was plenty of room to spread out, but also to be together. Having the pool in the back and the sunroom made this place extra special. Just a 10 min walk to the beach. They have all the accessories you need to have a great stay. Highly recommend.

Another awesome stay!

This is our second year staying at this great vacation spot! We love the access to the beach, playgrounds, and boardwalk. The screened-in porch and large dining area are perfect places for our multigenerational group to gather and visit. And, of course, the pool adds a lot of fun. Beautiful house that our whole multigenerational family enjoyed. The house was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable as well! We all loved our stay and used the pool everyday! Scott was very responsive with questions. Great vacation!

Great stay

My family of 4, including two teens, had a great week long stay. The house has everything you could need for a week long stay at the beach. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. Tons of seating outside, as well as on the porch. The location is great. You can easily rent bikes or walk to the beach, boardwalk and dewey. Scott was also extremely helpful and responsive when I emailed him. I would definitely stay here again.

Great beach house vacation!

Loved our stay at the house! Scott was very communicative and easy to work with. The house was clean, had all the little extras, and the location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to the Rehoboth beach/boardwalk. We also visited Cape Henlopen State Park and Bethany beach - all very close to the house as well. The pool was a wonderful way for our kids to enjoy the afternoons after the beach and the outdoor shower was amazing. I can’t say enough great things about the house - if we return to Rehoboth we know where we will stay!

Excellent Place

House has everything you could possibly need. Comfortably fit our three families. We throughly enjoyed the sunroom and pool area! Beautiful 12 minute walk to either beaches along Silver Lake. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect family stay!

We had a multi/intergenerational family trip with kids, parents, and grandparents aged 1-70 and the house was perfect for us! Having our own pool for the week was amazing, we walked to the beach and Rehoboth Ave, took the Jolly Trolley. House was well equipped, we cooked-in a few nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house was in a perfect location, quiet, family friendly. Highly recommend!

The very best home.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this house. It was so comfortable, well stocked and even had beach chairs, umbrellas and carts to pull our stuff to the beach. The host was easy to communicate with. The one and only thing that was quite disappointing was VRBO’s contract with the home owner would not allow the temperature to be set above 92 degrees in the hot tub. Over all, this was probably the best home we have ever stayed in.

We had the absolute best time in Rehoboth and at this lovely house! It was perfect for our group of 7 including 2 young kids. The pool was a hit, and the house was well stocked with anything you could possibly need for cooking up a delicious dinner or spending a day at the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful beach vacation!

We had a great time staying here for a week this summer for a multi-generational family vacation. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, walking distance to the beach, and the pool is a HUGE plus. Scott was always very responsive anytime we had questions. I hope to come back!

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location 3 blocks from the beach and a short wall to town. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa - look forward to staying at the property in the future.

Great place for multigenerational family gathering!

Our group of 11 (ages 65+ to 1 year old) loved our stay at this place! It was nicely decorated, clean, well-organized and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us to spread out. The house is within walking distance of the Rehoboth boardwalk, Rehoboth beach and Dewey beach. We could also walk to see the turtles and visit the local tot lot. We loved hanging out in the pool in the afternoon after busy days at the beach and in town. The three season porch was a great place to gather, chat and play games. Communication with owner was easy and efficient. Great place for a family gathering!

My family and I stayed at this property for a summer vacation. It was perfect for us across Al age groups and large enough to fit 10 or more very comfortably. The owner was very easy to reach and communicated everything very easily. The house is a great location on a rarely used 1 way street. The covered porch is fantastic and where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend, we’ll be returning.

My Birthday Celebration with Family

The coastal cottage was just perfect for my family to celebrate my 60th Birthday! The space was great for our entire crew. The kids loved the pool , we enjoyed waking to the beach and downtown and grilling out and cooking together as a family. I couldn’t have asked for anything more having us all together celebrating in such a beautiful place and neighborhood. Scott was a great host making sure we had all the information we needed for a great week!

Beautiful Rehoboth Home

We stayed at this beautiful house for one week with extended family. The house was very clean and met our expectations. The owner provided several amenities upon arrival. Rooms were spacious and well decorated. The house was well located with just a short walk or drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. The pool was kept at around 75 degrees, which was probably due to the cooler temperatures outside. Overall it was an enjoyable trip apart from the cooler temperatures. We would highly recommend this house.

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed our week in this lovely home close to the beach, boardwalk, and town. Nice area for walks and bike rides. Layout worked well for our family of 8, including 2 children. The private pool, spa and porch were our favorite spots to relax. Our host, Scott, was attentive and even helped us with an item left behind. We would rent this property again.
