'We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque. '
