Everyone was friendly--not in a sugary, obsequious way that makes me uncomfortable--but in the easy, breezy way of Californians that helps me feel seen as a human and not just a customer. 'The property was clean and updated. Very flexible and gave upgrade as well. Loved the blackout curtains in the room. Great location , close to breakfast spots, downtown and short uber to tincity and firestone. Would definitely recommend and stay again. '
