« Lovely, modern home. Family friendly - plenty of room, smart TV, outdoor area, 2 living areas, board games provided. Very clean. Pantry stocked with basics like oil, herbs, spices, flour, sugar, rice, paper towel, cling wrap etc. Washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer provided. 5 minute drive to town. »

« The gas to the mains had been disconnected and there was no gas , hot water at all. When trying to light a pilot light it was discovered that the gas had been disconnected and an unpaid gas bill in the meter box of the house. This resulted in a very inconvenient night with 2 small children and then having to pack up and relocate to another house the following day once other accommodation had been found. The team did however try to resolve the situation asap but it should never have happened in...
