« This property is truly a gem. Cheri is very attentive and thinks of everything. She communicated with me prior to our arrival and everything was just as promised. This studio is truly everything. It is very clean, very comfortable and decorated just beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. Our favorite part was looking out the back windows and doors from the bed and the kitchen. The trees are just memorizing and we felt like we were in a little oasis....

« A convenient and affordable Pacific Highway stop, if slightly off the beaten track. The place is fine but we did feel it was perhaps a little over-marketed in the listing. The “futon” was more of a sofa (I did manage to sleep on it after requesting extra bedding), “free breakfast” was two pods for the coffee machine, pizza was not available after 6pm and if there was a beach we didn’t find it (at least 4 miles away). « What a gem! My husband and I brought his parents for the weekend to tour Solvang and Santa Ynez. This was the perfect location! This two bedroom apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated having two full bathrooms and the large kitchen. I was able to cook dinner and breakfast for the four of us very adequately. The market across the street was very convenient. « Beautiful place, perfect location. Walking distance to great food, shopping and wine! The beds were very comfy and very nice appliances in the kitchen! Cute sitting area to reset at the end of the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back! »

« The property itself is beautiful. It is newly renovated and very spacious and clean. However, in this area in general, there isn’t much to do and there are very limited places to eat. So it is best to bring your own food or be prepared to leave the area to eat or do things. »

« We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. The small space is very efficiently laid out and has everything you need for a weekend stay — even an iron and board if your clothes need a press. The location was idea. It’s on a quiet street but within a block or two of all of the Solvang shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and fresh inside. We had an issue with getting in the front gate, but we worked through that and it did not detract from our stay. A really good find...

« A big place for one person or two. Impressive kitchen & bathroom. Roomy and well appointed. Has a dineing table for two since it was not created for large parties. If you want to cook the kitchen will serve you well. One can see the care taken in the choice of fixtures & appliances used in the location. Yes, the wooden stairs are steep and could use a bit more light. »

« Lovely accommodations,modern,bright & impeccably clean. Beds super comfortable. Amenities well planned but a pot holder & strainer would help in kitchen & Kleenex in bathrooms. Electric charger (Tesla) in garage was not compatible with our Rivian vehicle (with a Tesla adapter connector). We had to find charging station off site. Super location to the Village center. »

« This is a pristine place that was very comfortable for two couples. Brand new, the kitchen is well-appointed; amazing appliances; great bathrooms with high quality towels and bath products; beds and pillows very comfortable and all white linens of high quality. Plenty of privacy but as close to all the Solvang happenings as you can get! One block walk to coffee, wine, restaurants, book store, shops! Would definitely recommend. And check out the Gainey Vineyard wine tastings while you are there....

« Location couldn’t get any better! So close to all the attractions yet on the perfect street to breathe. We were so satisfied with the room. Very modern and clean. It doesn’t have a microwave. That would’ve been a plus. The bed was so soft and magnificent. I imagine that’s what a cloud would feel like. Overall, you cannot beat the place or the price! Have fun in Solvang. We definitely did. »
