The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. 'I booked business apartment, they gave me 10 year old run down apartment with broken toilet and air conditioner, sagging dirty sofa, plus they got rid of us next day because they overbooked, they literally kicked us out myself, wife and two young kids, communication with them was terrible.bad bad experience.'
