'Our flight was delayed by two days and canceled, so we were unable to make this booking. Despite the extenuating circumstance which was beyond our control, the host refused to refund our money. The booking is marked as non refundable, so i understand he had the right to take his money. Still, this is a warning to future travelers: this host will not work with you if you have any extenuating circumstances.'
