« The property was beautiful and clean. We were very pleased with all the amenities like a gaming console, TV, and washer/dryer. The host was friendly and helpful. The only feedback we would like to give is that our check in/check out information was slightly delayed. It would be helpful to send the information before the check in time, but we did receive the instructions within 10-15 minutes after arriving, so it was not a big problem. Great price and nice place. We would stay here again »

« J’ai beaucoup apprécié la propreté et l’espace de l’appartement. L’hôte était aussi, en général, très réactive. En revanche, pas du tout la « view on garden » annoncée. Annonce trompeuse sur cet aspect. Vue peu agréable : En guise de jardin, une mini-terrasse utilisée par la collectivité ( mugs et bols usagés devant la fenêtre de notre chambre ) et pas de chance, terrasse en travaux pendant deux jours… »

« Not only did we have such an amazing stay, the host had such amazing and quick communication and was really accommodating with any questions or scenarios we had. The place is a quick five minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to Central Riga and is close to everything in general without it being in the center of everything. The place was well-kept and comfortable and would highly recommend :) »

« The location is excellent. It is close to the railway station, mall and the old town. The room is clean and comfortable. It will be perfect if there is air conditioning because all the windows in the rooms are facing the inside wall of the building where other apartments put their air conditioner. It was so noisy if we opened the windows and so we had to close the windows but it was very hot in summer. »

"L'hôtel avait beaucoup de charme, il est très bien situé entre la vieille ville et le centre ville, tout est facilement accessible à quelques minutes à pied. La chambre était bien, propre et bien décorée. Cependant, le charme s'arrête là. Rien de particulier qui vient justifier les 5 étoiles de l'hôtel. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre seul du café soluble, une minuscule bouilloire, serviettes vieillissantes... Et surtout un personnel à la réception peu agréable, un spa plus que moyen et un manque professionalisme pour certains employés. Par contre, un excellent service de la part du personnel d'entretien, qui a laissé tous les jours, la chambre extrêmement propre et rangée. Un excellent petit déjeuner, rarement vu un aussi beau et grand buffet. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Merci !"

"Séjour très agréable de 3 nuits, début septembre, dans ce bel hôtel de charme d’époque Art Nouveau, situé dans la vieille ville et à deux pas de la Maison des Têtes Noires Notre chambre twin était en fait un appartement comprenant une grande chambre avec coin salon (canapé 3 places et 2 fauteuils), une petite cuisine (plaque de cuisson, micro-onde, réfrigérateur, minimum de vaisselle pour deux personnes) et une belle salle de bains (baignoire et douche) - lumineux avec 3 grandes fenêtres Très propre et literie très confortable (couette) Petit déjeuner buffet bien fourni en produits salés et sucrés, chauds et froids - personnel attentif, courtois et serviable Épicerie RIM et nombreux cafés et restaurants à proximité Accès facile depuis la Gare (25min à pied - ou arrêt proche du Tram 10 ou bus 22) ou l’aéroport (bus 22) pour le prix d’un billet à 1,50€"

"Très proche de la gare ferroviaire (8 mn) et pas trop loin du centre historique à pied. Accueil et départ sympathiques. Chambre confortable, assez calme. Bien avoir en tête qu'il n'y a qu'un micro-ondes. Donc pas de plaques pour cuisiner, pas de casseroles. A améliorer : un étendoir car il y a une machine à laver. Un égouttoir serait utile dans la cuisine."

SemaraH Hotel Lielupe SPA & Conferences

"C'était notre quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, ce qui montre à quel point nous l'avons longtemps apprécié. Malheureusement, nous avons le sentiment que la qualité a baissé depuis nos précédentes visites. Le petit-déjeuner reste correct, avec des produits de qualité, mais il est devenu très répétitif d'un jour à l'autre, ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes avec le système de paiement de l'hôtel, qui ont généré des complications inutiles au moment du règlement. Le service de ménage était assez irrégulier : certains jours, il était impeccable, d'autres, incomplet (articles non remplacés, nettoyage partiel), ce qui manque de constance. Enfin, le jacuzzi intérieur contenait manifestement beaucoup trop de chlore. Après son utilisation, nous avons souffert d'irritations de la gorge et des voies respiratoires, ce qui a malheureusement gâché ce moment de détente. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel, qui est resté très agréable tout au long de notre séjour. C'est regrettable, car nous gardons un excellent souvenir de nos précédents séjours. Nous espérons sincèrement que ces points seront corrigés, car cet hôtel a un vrai potentiel et nous aimerions pouvoir y revenir avec le même enthousiasme qu'auparavant."

"Hôtel moderne très agréable. J'avais une chambre au 5e étage avec une belle vue sur la verdure, aucun bruit de la 4 voies en contrebas, ni des avions. Petit déjeuner buffet bien avec mention spéciale aux gaufres que l'on peut se faire sur place. Chambre agréable, lit large avec agréable couette et une douche pour deux personnes ! C'est possible d'y aller à pied depuis l'aéroport mais à un certain moment il n'y a plus de trottoir et ensuite on retrouve les trottoirs. À l'aller, J'ai payé un taxi 14 €, ce qui était un vol. Personnel agréable"
