Il est bien situé dans Riga avec toutes les commodités à proximité et très bien desservie en transport en comment. Le Check-in est facile et se fait en toute autonomie. J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cette appartement.'

It’s a stones throw from the main pedestrianised street with many nice dining options. The beach is also really close. Highly recommend.'

'The apartment is better than the description. The building is beautiful and the owner lives and works there so you can always ask for help. A washing machine is a help. There is a tram stop (#5) in front of the home and from there I can go anywhere on connecting buses and trams. It is very quiet outside and easy to sleep. I stay in a lot of rental properties and this was an excellent choice and a great value for what I received.'

'Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Bett und Sofa waren sehr bequem. Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Küchenausstattung gewünscht, z.B. kleiner Topf, etwas mehr Besteck. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war top. Wir durften früher einchecken und als uns etwas gefehlt hatte, wurde es uns noch am selben Tag gebracht. Wir waren mit Kind und Kinderwagen dort. 'This was a very comfortable and large apartment with two rooms and a kitchen/bath. There was a washer and dryer which we did not use but were happy to see. There is a shower and a tub! The beds were extremely comfortable - nice and firm mattresses and everything was very clean. The owner was very friendly and happy to help with details. 'Mooi, modern appartement. We hadden 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, waarvan 1 met douche en 1 met bad. Helaas was de keuken erg minimaal ingericht. Er zat een oven in, maar die was niet aangesloten. Geen vaatwasser. Alleen een waterkoker en een 2 pits elektrische kookplaat. Servies was minimaal.'

'Wij hebben twee nachtjes geslapen in dit hotel en we hebben daar een super goede ervaring mee gehad! Bij aankomst was het personeel al erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam (we mochten pas om 15:00 inchecken, maar we konden onze spullen achterlaten en ze hebben een taxi voor ons besteld). De kamer die wij hadden was erg schoon en prima te doen voor twee personen. Wij raden dit hotel zeker aan!'

'Ideal location Good communication Cleanliness questionable, wasn’t sure if apartment had been cleaned prior to arrival-two towels dumped on top of washing machine so not sure if clean or not so had to wash and dry prior to use. Bin in bathroom and kitchen were full and smelt because of used nappies in them. Sink strainer had food debris in it and the floor was dirty. Shame because it had everything that we needed for the weekend at a good price '

'Trappgången och Huset är gammalt, bra med transport och communication. Okj för korttid budjet boande. Du för antingen brännande varmt vatten eller iskalt vatten för dush. Finns jätte bra internet, band dukar och sängkläder. Du kan bo fritt i lägenheten. Litrn kök'

'Nice place in a good location, very friendly service. Big enough for a family of four, accommodates in the extreme case even 8 people. The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Also night tables and reading lamps would be nice.'
