'We got there they did not have a room. They did run up and fix a toilet issue on the last room. We got up to the room, air was terrible, hallway was hot and room was blowing cold air but never cooled the room. I sweat all night. Next morning both elevators were broke and we were on the third floor. My friend has asthma heart and BP issues and had to use inhaler after climbing down the 3 flights. 'The staff was amazing from the beginning. The rooms were good. Only problem was the TV there is no WiFi for the tv and they use an antenna so that was an issue with the storm. Having kids with me not being able to use the tv was no fun'
