While response time was quick I really don’t like being 5 min away and not knowing how I’m going to get into the apartment. 'The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. 'Excellent communication as well as excellent property location. The rooftop view of the bridge and the river is something else for sure! You can't beat that view with a morning cup of coffee! We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and everything was amazing!'

'This Airbnb was in a great location and served as a place to sleep and keep our stuff. Otherwise, it did not feel clean- stain on the sheets, hair in the bathtub. When we arrived, the lock box was set to the code already, which felt quite unsafe. The property manager had taken the listing off so we were unable to view amenities. I would not recommend staying at this Airbnb.'

'Property was clean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking wasn't great, but the hosts specifically commented on this so we were aware. Street parking is scarce on the weekends and the garages are almost always full. There is a lot about 7 min walk (Target Parking) that is 20 a day....or use ride shares. '
