'This was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, had off street parking, was within walking distance (half a mile) to restaurants (Thai was great) and train station. '

'This rental was exceptionally perfect. Location was walkable to Broad and Walnut area, easy parking, and not having to deal with the Center City traffic coming and going was ideal. Plenty of street parking and easy access, quick garages around the corner at Jefferson if preferred - unlike the valet experience on the other side of Broad. Space was clean, rooms comfortable, and kitchen super convenient. Great stay!'

'The biggest negative issue was that the lock to the outside door to the unit was broken. Also, for some reason, that access door was left open multiple times. Security was by far the biggest issue.A quick trip to Target two blocks away would really help. For instance, there were only curtains on the bedroom - no blinds. The silverware and plates were fairly spartan. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. All of these items are easily fixable.On the positive side, the bed was comfortable....

'Our first room was very dirty and disgusting upon check in. Very obvious the room was not cleaned. We found what looked like poop on the back of the bathroom door, pubic hair on the soap dish, and a fake nail on the floor in front of the sink. I went to the front desk, and the young man working was very helpful. He moved us to another room and walked it before turning in over to us, to make sure it was clean. Another thing was the carpets in the hallways. The carpet was very loose and a trip...
