'Reggae music in the bar, great kitchen with super tasty food, fast service and friendly folks, the best sea view you can imagine, still low season end of April so barely any people than us on the beach. Half occupancy in the guesthouse, lively in the bar at night. Clean as clean it can be with a house right on the beach. A perfect combination of all things good in life. ありがとうございました, Familiar! We will surely return. '

'Great spot, came with a ticket to the Onsen down the street. Very accommodating and allowed me to leave bags there after I checked out and went to ski. Very nice place!! '

'Basic hostel, very good for the price. Loved being able to sleep on a futon on the tatami mats. Only negative was there didn't seem to be any hot water for the shower at night, but given the heat, maybe this was not such a bad thing. The host, Mu, was lovely.'

'I had an lovely time staying here. It was a perfect spot as a solo traveler. The area is beautiful and a short walk to so many great spots in kanazawa. The host was so kind and answered any questions i had. I would absolutely recommend staying here. '

'Most excellent stay with impeccable hospitality. The hotel master provided us with superb dinner each day (even though I did not reserve dinner for the first night). Super worth the stay to explore kamikochi really early the next morning.'

'The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night. Common areas include the kitchen, cafe and lounge. 'スタッフの対応も良く、施設は新しく清掃も行き届いています。私たちが選んだのは、１部屋にバンク型のベッドが上下についている部屋です。個室ですし、ベッドも木の壁で仕切られていますので、プライバシーも保てます。建物の前に広い駐車場が有り、建物の両側の道路どちらからでも入れます。１時間以内の出庫が無料になるチケットを頂きました。車を１晩置いた時に、１時間分無料になるチケットかどうかは確認はしていません。共同スペースもあって、快適です。希望を言えば、ベッドの個室内にハンガー掛けがあって、部屋に鏡があれば有難く思いました。当方女性です。バス便が不便ですので、タクシーか車移動になりますが、徒歩１０分圏内に沢山の飲食店がありますし、海まで歩いて数分です。とても快適でした。お薦めします。'
