Check-in and out instructions were clear and easy. The building is located on a lovely tree lined street and an easy walk to and from downtown Saratoga. '

'Rooms very small , beds so uncomfortable that no one slept well , kitchen very outdated in need of repairs and facelift . Carpets filthy, old , smelly , not even vacuumed . Definitely never vacuumed behind and under the beds. Window blinds falling off after just touching them . Wall papers peeling of the walls . Menager was nice and did his part delivering missing pillow cases . If you don’t mind poor conditions you get what you pay for but I’ll never set my foot again on those carpets....

'This was my third visit in the last two years - mostly intended as fishing adventures. During my stay I booked another visit with my family for the 2nd week of September. I especially enjoy the rustic mood that the property creates once I arrive there. I had several very enjoyable conversations with William - sharing various experiences I encounter during my stay.
