'At first we didn’t have a very nice experience with this hotel. The room we stayed in wasn’t as clean as we liked and the airco was leaking. We complained at the desk and got a bit of a rude reaction from a young staff member. The next day we went to the reception again and showed them pictures of the room and the airco.
