Spahotels in Ljubljana

'X'

'This is a typical business hotel: come late, leave early or attend an event. It would be nice to have a cosier bar or something of a green terrace to have a drink. The pool was closed for maintenance. Not a big issue, but a note in the hotel confirmation or communication chat would help avoid any disappointment. For the rest it’s a nice hotel with very friendly reception and restaurant staff. Free parking outside close to the entrance is a big plus.'

'All was good'

'The room was very nice and I even had a large adjoning patio. I ended up getting a free upgrade and Nina at the front desk was very caring. She did do everythong she could to make my stay great. I slept very well! As I learned this hotel is a family business and mainly the family members are at the front desk. The only thing I could suggest to improve were the towels. They were rough and looked really old. Since everything else looked soo great and was soo comfortable they stood out even...

'The customer service at this property is second to none. The property is beautiful and well-located to walk to all the beautiful sites. My husband could not stop raving about Marco who served him each day at breakfast, but every person there is wonderful. We will definitely be back.'
