'Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade en een welkomstdrankje, heel leuk! Alles was positief, F&B was soms wel langzaam of dingen gingen fout maar ze zijn heel vriendelijk. Enige puntjes zijn dat het geen adult only is, we waren wel degelijk kinderen en die schreeuwden in sommige gevallen ook heel hard en heel lang dwars door de live muziek heen. Ook de wifi is niet heel sterk maar daarvoor ben je natuurlijk niet op vakantie.'

'On arrival it felt just like in Tarzan, romantic and the reception service was very good, Miguel did everything to explain and make us feel welcome. They arranged the suitcases too. Once in our tent, the beds were very nicely made and the style is nice too, though the moisture was very high. This means there is a lot of mildew and wet tents and wood. 'The place was more run down than expected and felt closer to a motel than a hotel stay. One major issue was the bathroom setup — there was no shower curtain separating the shower from the toilet, so water got all over the toilet and floor every time the shower was used. The staff was very nice, and Scott was especially responsive, offered helpful suggestions, and did his best to accommodate our needs, which was appreciated. 'Hotel is located in a calm neighborhood few min from the ocean. My room was very cleaned and comfortable. Daily service was great and overall very satisfying. Breakfast was good, and the service wasmostly consistent. I highly recommend staying here. '

'While the property is nice, our overall response is that the owners built as many domiciles on this jungle property as possible to profit maximize. Our unit was really too small as the bed took up 70% of the room. Furthermore, they owners demonstrated that they knew little about building in the jungle. Every day something would fall on our roof and make the loudest noise that would startle us. I have lived and travelled extensive in the tropics and the architecture was simply out of place....
