We stayed here 13th December, the cottage is beautiful with first class furnishings, hot tub and log

We stayed here 13th December, the cottage is beautiful with first class furnishings, hot tub and log burner sold it for us , but when we walked in it looked even better than the pics on Web site.The host was superb leaving a bag of doggy treats , and also a welcome basket .We will be definitely staying here again.

Fantastic cottage, everything you need has been thought of. Spotlessly clean throughout and the comfiest bed ever!! Hot tub was fab and so relaxing at the end of the day. Log burner warms the whole place and makes it super cosy. Would definitely stay again.

If you stay anywhere this year, stay here! An absolute beauty of a seaside haven, attention to detail is amazing, location was perfect - I want to live here! There’s lots of hidden gems in Redcar too, boutique shops, stunning cafes and bars! I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time, the cottage was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, wished we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect to ensure a luxury break, all the personal touches were very much appreciated and we were grateful for the welcome basket, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do and its a great base for exploring the surrounding towns and villages. We would definitely book again, the cottage is beautiful.

The owners have put great thought into Bute Cottage.

The owners have put great thought into Bute Cottage. It is well equipped with great attention to detail put into making the guests comfortable. We didn't get to use the hot tub but were amazed at this facility. The owners were immediately responsive when I needed something. The laundry room is a real bonus (in the bait room outside). I admit I would prefer more space in the bedrooms but that is not something the owners can control; although if the 2nd bedroom was either a single or with bunk beds, it would become a more comfortable room to move about in. (I recognise 'sleeps 4' is an important aspect, regarding sales). Redcar is my home town so being able to walk to Armandos, the Beacon, the Regent etc.....is fab! Thank-you to the owners for their hard work in restoring this property to glory.

The cottage is amazing has everything you need and more.

The cottage is amazing has everything you need and more. It’s absolutely immaculate and the couple who own it are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It’s literally a walk across the road and you are on the beach. Lots of shops nearby we hardly moved the car. We received a welcome pack not just for us but for our dog too. The sea view is fantastic, the lovely sitting area, the spacious Kitchen. The light and relaxing bedroom with the comfiest biggest bed ever! The pretty garden and of course the hot tube, whats not to love
