'The house was beautiful and was selected because of the amenities, Hot tub and fireplace/fire pit. I had reached out a day or 2 before to ensure they would be ready to use. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have.
