The staff were all very friendly and polite, but we found that our initial room did not seem to have been cleaned. The room smelled, the floor was sticky, there were food wrappers shoved behind the tv stand, the shower walls had razor stubble on them and the floor looked dirty, and we found a cockroach on the wall.
We were given a new room that was much cleaner and did not have any evidence of bugs, but we were right next to the elevator which squealed loudly every time the door opened and closed- which was most of the time we were there, including through the night.
The included breakfast had some nice variety, but a lot of the food was either undercooked or overcooked. There were fruit and cereal options available, and these were fine.
If this price point is what you can afford, this hotel is serviceable- don't go into it with high expectations. If you can afford something else, I would recommend that.
