'The home was beautiful kept and decorated for Christmas. We loved staying there. It's very cost close to Longwood Gardens and downtown Kennett '

'The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us. '

The hot tub was a feature we all truly enjoyed, especially while watching the snow come down.The location is very tranquil and the views are beautiful!The owner is very responsive to messages and was understanding when one of us had an issue requiring a later checkout. We would definitely book a future stay at Thunderhill!'

'The property was clean and comfortable. It’s an older home but very well maintained. You are in closer quarters but the living space was comfortable for 5 adults. We had a 1 year old with us and it’s very safe in the sense you don’t have to worry about stairs - maybe just some home doctor in arms reach that we needed to move. '

'Super cute, very aesthetic cottage. Well-appointed kitchen with sharp knives We were truly thankful for this, as most VROBs have dull knives and minimal kitchen equipment. We have been traveling for lacrosse for a few weeks and needed a place to unwind and relax, and this was the perfect space. '
